INSTRUCTIONS

This journey is divided into two parts

Part 1 – Opening & Orientation (10 min)

A gentle introduction to help you land.
We’ll set the tone, ground into presence, and prepare your nervous system to fully receive.
You’ll be guided to reconnect with your intention and open the sacred space of your body.

This part is essential  it shifts you from “doing” into deep receiving.

Part 2 – The Somatic Practice (45 min)

A full-bodied, guided journey through your three feminine centers:

Pineal Gland — Awaken intuitive clarity and inner vision
Heart — Reopen your softness, truth, and capacity to feel
Womb — Reclaim your power to create, trust, and embody your sacred rhythms

 

You’ll move through breath, sound, stillness, and somatic connection  awakening the ancient wisdom already alive within you.

 

Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed where you can move freely and lovingly, allowing your full expression to be felt and welcomed.

 

I recommend using headphones to enhance the quality of your experience and to stay deeply attuned to the sound, guidance, and subtleties of the practice.

This is not a performance.
There’s no “right” way to do this.
Just stay present with your body and let the rest unfold.

Integration Journal

Anchor Your Experience
After listening to the prerecorded practice, take time to ground the experience through reflection and embodiment.

 

This step is essential — your body and emotions need spaciousness to fully integrate what has moved through you.
 

For the most powerful results, begin this integration right after the practice. Then return to it in the hours or days that follow — new insights will continue to unfold.
