What is the difference between Kundalini Dance and KAP?

Kundalini activation refers to the process of awakening the dormant Kundalini energy within the body and allowing it to rise through the energy channels, known as nadis, along the spine. Often Kundalini is also described as our ultimate life force, inner fire, and the source of creative power, spiritual gifts, and divine feminine power. The activation of the Kundalini is often associated with various spiritual practices, including certain forms of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and energy work.

There are differences between Kundalini Dance and Kundalini Activation Process, also called KAP. They offer two distinct approaches to activate the Kundalini with the purpose of personal growth and spiritual awakening.

Kundalini Dance, is a specific practice that combines movement, dance, and meditation to awaken and activate the Kundalini energy. It incorporates elements of physical movement, breathwork, visualization, and music to facilitate the awakening and harmonization of the Kundalini energy and thus to bring about deep healing.

KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) in contrast is a spiritual practice that uses a direct energy transmission from the facilitator that activates the kundalini in the body. It is a gentle way to awaken the kundalini energy. The practice is being performed mostly in a laying position.

Through the combined practice of Kundalini Dance and the Kundalini Activation Process, you can access the power of your true self and discover who you truly are in an extremely rewarding and transformative way.
